Because each order is custom made to your specifications, It will take 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment to ship item. We will always ship as quickly as possible.
Refund, Exchanges, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to the fact that each order is filled specifically for each individual customer we are unable to accept refunds or cancellations. We can only accept exchanges for defective merchandise. In order to exchange defective merchandise the customer must request a return authorization number and ship the defective merchandise back to us. ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE FOR THE EXACT ITEM (SIZE, COLOR, AND PERSONALIZED DESIGN). The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.

Q. I would like to get shirts made up for a team. Is a discount offered if I buy in bulk?
A. Yes. Depending on exactly what you are ordering and the amount; a discount may be offered. If you would like to inquire about a discount please contact us with all specifics (product, sizes, colors, designs, and the amount you would like to purchase), and we will respond with the individual discounted price in 24-48 business hours.
Q. Why are designs that are approximately the same size, different prices ?
A. While size does play a part in pricing, Pricing is more based on amount of stitches in a particular design. Stitch amounts are more when a design is more complex.
